The world of community packages

As with routing we are again diverging off the Meteor API and into the world of community packages. The problem with this is that sometimes there are multiple packages trying to solve the same problem - should you learn package X or package Y? I'm simply going to teach you packages that I believe are essential to your app development. Iron Router is one. And collection2 is another.
